A. No, But because of the high pressure we use to clean, their may be a little debris around each floor register depending how dirty the ducts are . We do try are best to keep your home clean, but some homes have never been cleaned before and at times it is hard. We do clean up after ourselves.

A. Yes, especially new homes or renovated homes drywall dust is everywhere and most furnace filters the dust is to fine to trap. So everytime you run your furnace your blowing all the dust around. A thorough cleaning with our high pressure snaking procedure will make your home comfortable and less cleaning.

A. No. other charges will be mentioned before commencing work. All homes are different But, we only charge extra for second furnace, crawl spaces, duct repair, filters, sanitize.

A. average home every 3 to 4 years is good maintenance. If you suffer from allergy's or asthma, if you have pets or in a high traffic area some homeowners clean every year or two.

A. Your furnace filter should be wash or change every 3 to 4 months. There are high effiecincy filters that need to be changed once a year
Q. Do I need to do anything?
A. Not Really, but we need access to all floor and wall registers and access to your furnace.
Q. Do I need to leave my house?
A. No, unless you have newborn baby or pets that may not like loud noise. we work from room to room. some homeowners will stay in a bedroom with there newborn baby or lock the pet in a room or outside.
